Campaign & Client Policy

This policy governs the creation, management, and execution of campaigns on Clipy. It sets expectations for Clients and helps ensure a safe, compliant environment for all users. Campaign-specific rules and platform Terms of Service apply in addition to this policy.

1. Permitted Campaign Categories

Campaigns may include a variety of industries and topics, including cryptocurrency, gambling, and political content, subject to strict review and approval by Clipy.

All such campaigns must comply with applicable laws, platform policies, and Clipy’s internal standards. Clipy reserves the right to approve, reject, or remove any campaign at its sole discretion.

2. Prohibited Campaign Content

The following types of campaigns are strictly prohibited:

  • Scams, fraudulent schemes, or deceptive practices
  • Ponzi schemes, fake tokens, or misleading investment opportunities
  • Illegal products, services, or activities
  • Counterfeit goods or intellectual property violations
  • False or misleading claims, including “get rich quick” promotions
  • Adult or explicit content

3. Client Responsibility

Clients are solely responsible for all aspects of their campaigns, including:

  • Accuracy and legality of all claims and messaging
  • Compliance with advertising, marketing, and consumer protection laws
  • Ensuring that campaign instructions are clear and complete

Clipy does not assume responsibility for the legality or performance of any campaign.

4. Creator Interaction and Communication

Clients may not directly contact creators outside the platform without prior approval from Clipy.

Any communication must comply with applicable laws and must not involve spam, harassment, or misleading outreach practices.

5. Campaign Requirements and Instructions

Clients must clearly define all campaign requirements, including:

  • Content format and expectations
  • Captions, hashtags, and messaging
  • Performance expectations, if applicable

Failure to provide clear instructions may impact campaign outcomes and content approval decisions.

6. Content Approval

Clients may provide feedback and suggestions on creator submissions. However, Clipy retains full and final authority over all approval and rejection decisions.

7. Payments and Financial Responsibility

Clients must prepay all campaign budgets and applicable fees. Payments must be made through Clipy’s platform and approved payment methods.

Clients may not pay creators directly or attempt to bypass the platform under any circumstances.

8. Campaign Cancellation and Refunds

Clients may request refunds only for unused campaign funds. Clipy fees are non-refundable.

Funds associated with completed or approved creator work are not eligible for refund under any circumstances.

9. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment and approval, ownership of campaign deliverables transfers to the Client.

Clipy retains the right to use such content for platform operations, analytics, and marketing purposes.

10. No Performance Guarantees

Clipy does not guarantee any campaign outcomes, including but not limited to views, engagement, conversions, or virality.

11. Platform and Third-Party Risks

Campaign performance may be affected by third-party platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube. Clipy is not responsible for platform outages, bans, algorithm changes, or content removal.

12. Data Usage Restrictions

Clients may not misuse, scrape, or extract creator data obtained through the platform for purposes outside of Clipy campaigns.

13. Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in enforcement actions including warnings, suspension, termination of access, or legal action depending on severity.

14. Final Authority

Clipy reserves full discretion and final authority over all campaign approvals, enforcement decisions, and policy interpretations.
