These Creator Guidelines define the standards and expectations for all creators using Clipy. Campaign-specific rules may override these guidelines. Failure to comply may result in content rejection, loss of earnings, or account suspension.
All content must meet high quality standards. Low-effort, spammy, or excessively short clips are not permitted.
Content must not include third-party watermarks unless explicitly permitted within a Campaign.
Content may only be posted on supported platforms including Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok unless otherwise specified.
Duplicate uploads and repeated posting of the same clip are not permitted unless explicitly allowed in a Campaign.
Creators must strictly follow all Campaign instructions. Campaign rules override these guidelines.
Content must remain publicly available until payout is completed and for a minimum of ninety (90) days after.
Creators may not edit or delete content during the required retention period.
Adult content, hate speech, misleading content, and harmful material are not allowed.
Political, crypto, or gambling content must strictly follow Campaign rules and applicable laws.
All sponsored or promotional content must include clear and conspicuous disclosure that the content is an advertisement.
Creators are required to include appropriate disclosures such as “#ad”, “#sponsored”, or other equivalent indicators in captions or descriptions.
Creators must comply with all applicable advertising, endorsement, and consumer protection laws in their jurisdiction.
Bots, fake engagement, purchased views, or engagement pods are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent bans.
Accounts must be public. Additional requirements may apply per Campaign.
Verification must be completed as required. Temporary verification methods may be used.
Payments are only issued if all requirements are met and approved. Clipy has full discretion.
Violations may result in warnings, loss of earnings, or permanent bans depending on severity.
Clipy retains full authority over all decisions and enforcement actions.
