1. Client Funding Requirements

All Clients are required to prepay the full Campaign budget, including all applicable Clipy service fees, before a Campaign can begin.

Campaigns will not be activated or made available to Creators until full payment has been received and confirmed.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

Clipy may accept payments through various methods including bank transfer, Stripe, Wise, Whop, or other supported payment providers.

Clipy reserves the right to modify accepted payment methods at any time.

3. Refund Policy for Clients

Clients may request refunds only for unused Campaign funds.

All Clipy service fees are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.

Funds already allocated to completed or approved Deliverables are not eligible for refund.

4. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Clients are strictly prohibited from initiating chargebacks or payment reversals without prior authorization from Clipy.

Any unauthorized chargeback may result in immediate suspension or termination of the Client’s account and may lead to legal action.

Clients remain fully liable for any amounts owed to Clipy regardless of payment disputes.

5. Creator Payout Eligibility

Creators are eligible for payment only after:

• Campaign completion
• Content approval
• Successful client payment

6. Payout Processing

Creator payouts are processed after the Campaign has ended and all applicable approvals have been completed.

Clipy reserves the right to delay payouts for operational, compliance, or review purposes.

7. Payout Methods

Creators may receive payouts through supported third-party providers, including options such as cryptocurrency, PayPal, or bank transfers.

8. Minimum Payout Threshold

The minimum payout amount is $25 USD. Balances below this threshold will remain in the account until the minimum is reached.

9. Platform Fees

Clipy applies a 3% fee to Creator earnings. This fee is deducted from payouts at the time of processing.

10. Forfeiture of Earnings

Creators may forfeit earnings under the following conditions:

• Content is deleted or modified before the required retention period
• Artificial engagement, fake views, or fraud is detected
• Campaign requirements are not met
• Account is suspended or banned

11. Fraud and Suspicious Activity

Clipy reserves the right to freeze, hold, or investigate funds in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violations of platform rules.

12. Dispute Resolution

Clipy has full and final authority in resolving disputes between Clients and Creators regarding payments, Deliverables, or Campaign outcomes.

13. Failed Payouts

If a payout fails due to incorrect account information or technical issues, Clipy may retry the transaction or hold the funds until the issue is resolved.

14. Currency

All Campaign funding and payouts are denominated in USD unless otherwise specified.

15. Taxes

Creators are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes related to their earnings.
